The Techno Guys are great to deal with, from the moment I spoke to Royce on the phone with the issue of my son's Surface Book laptop turning on with just a black screen and nothing else, he assured me that if I come by and drop it off, they will assess what has occurred and provide a solution. I dropped off the laptop, discussed the issue with Royce and within 2 hours he contacted me with the issue and how they were going to repair, restore and recover all my son's data, and that the laptop would be ready for pick up the next day. Royce gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone for the rectification repairs and they did a great job at getting a dead laptop up and running, factory restored with no loss of data, all within a speedy turnaround of 24 hours. Royce and Gary are very personable, genuine and offer an honest opinion and cost effective options with repairs. Old school and knowledgeable service that leaves you walking away with a big smile and feeling pleased.
